Disposable head for skin injection, PLastic product (polycarbonate) with cne summits and very small holes. Height and diameter cone: 150 micron. Width of the holes: 60 micron. Tolerance: +/- 5 micron. Products must be absolutely free of burrs.

For this product we built a protoype tooling in our own toolshop. After testing, optimizing and approval we built a 4-cavity tooling, which was testet and approved as well for mass production.
All dimensions are being measured according to customer requirements and are being documented.
