Mikron Tool is a producer of high-end carbide cutting tools, specialized on small dimensions and hard to machine materials. The offer includes a line of standardized products named CrazyTool as well as the development and production of customized solutions.

Created from a department of the rotary machine constructor Mikron, Mikron Tool has been working as an independant company since 1998. Started with 25 collaborators, the company counts today 245 employees being an international reality with headquarter in Switzerland, a second production plant in Germany and sales locations in USA and China. One of the strengths is the development and production of customized cutting tools in a diameter range from 0.1 to 32 mm for centering, drilling, milling, reaming, deburring, turning as well as combined tools. Part of the success is also the standardized CrazyTool line, available from stock in diameters from 0.1 to 8 mm and specialized on tools for hard to machine materials such as stainless steel, superalloys (Inconel, Hastelloy...), CrCo-alloys and titanium.
