In order to ensure the highest precision and flexibility CIEMME 80 has always invested in extremely reliable and versatile machines, preferring market leader such as MAZAK, MORI SEIKI and OKUMA, ZEISS.
Our technical office, which is provided with CAD/CAM system (SOLID WORKS, SOLID CAM and hyperMILL), contributes to evaluate the specific enquires of every customer to plan the production and optimize time and methods.
Our advanced quality system, ensures that all the operations are recorded and certificated to allow the customers to check that all the enquires have been satisfied. From the raw material and semi machined material check in to the final products check out, specialized operators control all the production chain to ensure high quality standards an that all the tolerances required have been respected.
From this year, our quality management system will be ISO 9001 certified by TÜV.
Thanks to the multi-years collaboration with a local network of several and specialiezed suppliers, we can offer products ready to be fitted. Infact we handle all the operations required by the customers like heat and surface treatment, grinding, eceltro-discharging, toothing, labeling...
