The company has production competence in bending, stamping, coiling, assembling and welding using more as 150 fully automatics and semiautomatics machines, including heat-treatment and polishing equipment. Compression springs, micro-springs and wire-guide with spring outer diameter as small as 0.17mm from wire 0.03 to 1mm diam. are manufactured on fully automatics machines. Torsion springs and tension springs of 0.4mm outer diam. and up are produced on multi-slide machines from wire 0.1 up to 2.5mm diam. Stamped and bent components are made from metal band up to 50mm wide and 0.05mm to 1mm thick. Application include medical implants and hearing aids, electronics and instrumentation, connectors and electromechanical devices, aerospace and automotive, security and defence as well as many other fields.
