DC Nano Quality: Quality assurance of micro threads

As first threading specialist ever DC SWISS offer an overall solution for the quality assurance of micro threads: Limit plug gauges, limit ring gauges and master gauges for measuring machines with SCS certificate - everything from a single source.

The gauges are available as limit ring gauges and ring gauges for diameters 0.3 - 2.74 mm according to the following standards: NiHS, NT, RT, M, UNC, UNF, UNM as well as Safelock and customized.

 

All gauges are delivered with a certificate right away or with a SCS-test report (on request) containing all relevant measured values.

 

The certificat according to ISO 17025 certifies the quality of the equipment.
