Mould Manufacturing
The first step in realisation for efficient production is the fabrication of die-casting and processing tools. Carefully worked-out, detailed design plans form the basis of this work. In our toolmaking shop, we produce and maintain the following: moulds, apparatuses and processing gauges.
Zamak Die Casting
We recommend series production using zamak die-casting for metal solutions where high levels of process stability are required. As Switzerland's market leader in zinc die-casting, we produce technical parts for customers in zinc alloys using the latest die-casting equipment. Examples of Applications: measurement and control technology, lighting construction, electronics, furniture industry, household appliances, machine industry, construction industry, etc.
Aluminium Die Casting
For lightweight, but durable technical customized parts, we offer top quality aluminium alloys. Examples of Applications: machine industry, apparatus construction, electronics, furniture industry, construction industry, etc.
Mechanical Processing
It does not matter whether drilling, milling, turning or cutting threads, our modern CNC machines ensure precision, efficient manufacturing.
Surfaces
The final grinding process entails sand-blasting or shot-blasting, grinding, brushing and polishing. In our highly efficient, computer-controlled galvanising plant, we can nickel-plate bulk solids using the barrel method. Particularly difficult parts with varying surface structures are nickel-plated on a trestle, chrome-plated or given a velours finish. We are also able to offer you non-galvanised surface finishes. Abiding by the motto of "Everything from one source", we can supply your parts with all current surface finishes (e.g. powder coated, wet lacquered, etc.).
Commission Processing
