Electrically conductive and yet food-grade brush
For a special application of our customer we searched for a brush solution that is both - food grade and electrically conductive. There is the right brush for every application.

When working with dust and friction, the material could become statically charged, which could lead to an explosion in the worst case. This needed to be avoided and yet the brush had to meet the strict requirements of the food industry. The solution:
For the body we used a special conductive material for injection molding. The conventional conductive but sooty material of the brush filaments was unsuitable for this application and was successfully implemented by a special manufacturing in combination with suitable material and technology. These brushes are now in use and the customer is completely satisfied.
