SERVICE No.1 : REPAIR and SHARPEN your tools

• Our sharpening shop and the Reconditioning-Service of WALTER TOOLS are equipped with modern CNC 5 axe grinders, which can handle geometrically sophisticated grinding tasks including restoring of the ORIGINAL GEOMETRY, ORIGINAL COATING and the ORIGINAL TOLERANCES.
• Our specialists will repair your measuring instruments and tools promptly.
• Check our prices and give us a test order.

SERVICE No.2: After REPAIR: CALIBRATION of your measuring and controlling instruments

• Our specialists will check your instruments and provide an estimate of the repair cost if necessary before calibration. Calibration is carried out to European standards VDI/VDE/ DGQ2618/5 & DIN/ISO 17025 with the aid of special measuring machines (factory calibration).
• On request we can supply calibration certificates to DKD standard e.g. the standards DIN EN ISO/IEC 17011 for a modest extra charge.
• The calibration certificate contains details of the checks made and the corresponding results.

SERVICE No.3: After delivery: We continue providing service

• We assure professional machine service after delivery and final inspection of the machine tools. Damage is avoided by checking for and finding mistakes early.
• We maintain a stock of spare parts ready for any repairs.
