Conversion to lead-free alloys within the shortest possible time
A customer who had previously successfully produced its turned parts in a standard lead-containing alloy suddenly faced a new challenge and had to switch to lead-free alloys within a very short time.
Thanks to years of experience and specially developed machining tools, Manometal was able to solve this enormous challenge for its customers in a professional manner. Manometal managed to produce 40 new articles and to guarantee series deliveries after first sample approval. The customer is extremely satisfied with the efficient changeover.
